I met Hannibal at the New York Con.We agreed on a Lois Lane redo as a Legion piece. I paid the deposit. 2 Months later, I contact him to see how it is going. He tells me that its complete and asks for the balance. I do so, he confirms reciept and that the piece is on its way. 3 weeks later...nothing..and now there is NO response to e-mails. Any help if someone who knows him can reach outor contact info would be appreciated. He is also on CAF but that is a dud...At the very least I post to warn o
