You just want to say WOW to the attention to the curves of the female figures. I have only been luck enough to get a couple small pieces and some thumbnail page artwork. But even that shows the professionalism of the artist in his day to day artwork. One day I hope to get lucky enough to one of his full size pieces.

I had no hesitation in selcting Al as the exclusive artist for my Wonder Woman fansite Amazon Archives. When I first saw one of his pieces I was bowled over by his attention to detail and realistic style - and I know he loves drawing Diana particularly.

I had a commission done by Al Rio, and it was wonderfully done. The drawing was made precisely to my specs regarding character (I wanted a particular version of Supergirl), background (detailed cityscape), and action (flying towards viewer), and the result exceeded my expectations. Little to no blue lines were present on such a complex work. I've purchased other artwork from Al and there's no blue lines at all: he seems to draw these marvelous images free-handed.

Superb experience all around.
Excellent communication and clarity of terms through his uber-agent Terry, piece was delivered as promised, on time, and exceeded all of my expectations.
Al put a tremendous amount of work into my commission, far more than he was contracted to do. He is a true professional, a gifted artist and did not fail to give me far more than my monies worth.

Great artist and great art!
I have ordered some 30+ commissions from this guy and every single one has been fantastic! Never any problems with deliveries or damage.
Fast e-mail responses, high-qualty art and an overall fantastic customer care makes me feel really welcome and taken care of. The artist also has several diffent styles so there's something for everyone!
The one thing I could complain about is the waiting time, but the shear quality of the art makes up for it.
