I just wanted to try something a little different, so went fishy. I did a really thick, liquid inking style to go with the watery motif. This is a character from the MMORPG City of Heroes that belongs to a friend. This was the first time I used my current inking style, and I liked it so well I kept it. I brought out the comic book nature of the character while preserving my own manga-inspired style. I felt the character's overall appearance was serene enough to work well as the background. This is a character from the MMORPG City of Heroes that belongs to a friend. This represents my going back to my traditional roots with the some ink and colored pencil. I liked how it came out, especially the bow. Not much else I can say about it except I really need a better scanner.
