The Haddonfields: The Skin is the Best Part (2011) A punk band from the United States, The Haddonfields, asked me to do up a painting for their latest album. With that, I ran with their idea of zombie chickens eating deep fried humans. I added the text and symbols around the painting to give it the feel of a comic book, and particularly liked the addition of the 'approved by the punk code', which pays homage to the days of the comics code. The final albumn design may vary from what is shown here. |

Out of the Park (2009) This is water color painting measures 8 3/4 x 11". I went heavy on the paints to make the image POP! The background is also painted in a loose, expressionistic style to imply movement. I also exaggerated parts of the baseball player, in particular the bat, to also add movement. |
